Please print and complete  the Intake Packet and return via email or bring it with you to your Intake appointment. Additional information you'll need to bring can be found below on the "What to bring with you checklist".

EACH PARENT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN AN INTAKE PRIOR TO SERVICES BEGINNING.  THERE IS A $75.00 CHARGE FOR THIS INTAKE FOR EACH PARENT. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PAY THIS FEE AT YOUR INTAKE.  THE SUPERVISOR CANNOT 'DECIDE' WHO SHOULD PAY OR NOT.  TYPICALLY, THE FEE IS COLLECTED FROM THE INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATING IN THE INTAKE IF THERE ARE NO PROVISIONS AS TO WHO IS TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES OF VISITATION.

Sobriety Makes a Difference in a Visit.

Children in Supervised Visitation have often been witness to a family members' struggles with alcohol and/or drug issues. In an effort to ensure children will be be exposed to an intoxicated parent during their visit, Manatee Parenting Time can offer limited drug testing.

Getting Started

For Supervised Visitation, each parent must complete paperwork and an Intake before visits can begin.  There is a $75.00 fee for each Intake, usually assessed to the visiting parent.

For the High Conflict Diversion Program parenting classes,  an Intake and Registration are required. Payment is required at Registration and includes the fee for the student workbook.
